Body Sculpt 360° | Zero Tolerance Policy on Client Misconduct

At Body Sculpt 360° at The District, we are committed to providing a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients and staff. To maintain this standard, we enforce a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding any form of misconduct, including but not limited to belligerent behavior, verbal or physical abuse, and threats toward our staff.

Policy Guidelines

Zero Tolerance for Abuse or Threats:
- Verbal Abuse: This includes yelling, insults, slurs, or any language intended to demean, intimidate, or harm.
- Physical Abuse: Any form of physical aggression, unwanted touch, or physical intimidation will not be tolerated.
- Threats: Direct or implied threats of harm to staff, clients, or property are strictly prohibited.
Immediate Action:
- Any behavior falling under this policy will result in immediate termination of the client’s session or appointment.
- The client will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Legal Recourse:
- We reserve the right to notify law enforcement immediately for any behavior that jeopardizes the safety of our staff or clients.
- Our legal team will pursue action to the fullest extent of the law, including but not limited to criminal charges, civil lawsuits, and claims for damages.
Permanent Ban:
- Clients who engage in abusive or threatening behavior will be permanently banned from all Body Sculpt 360° locations and services.

Our Commitment

Reporting Incidents

If a staff member or client experiences or witnesses behavior that violates this policy, they are encouraged to report it immediately to management. Reports will be handled confidentially and with appropriate action.

Legal and Safety Support

Body Sculpt 360° takes the safety and security of our team seriously. We will work with law enforcement and legal representation to ensure justice is served, including criminal and civil actions against offenders.
