This Refund Policy applies to all
body sculpting, injectables, packages, treatments, and
any services and procedures provided by
Body Sculpt 360° at The District


 

General Refund Terms

Body Sculpt 360° at The District does not issue refunds via cash, check, or credit card for any purchased or prepaid merchandise, products, or services. This also applies to financed merchandise, services, packages, and procedures—all sales are final regardless of payment method or financing status.

Financed Purchases and Prepayments

Financed merchandise, services, packages, and procedures are considered prepaid or paid in full, depending on purchase terms. This policy applies to all transactions, whether completed by phone or in person.

Any prepayments received may be applied as store credit toward other merchandise, products, services, or packages—but are not refundable under any circumstances.

Services Rendered and Results

No refunds will be provided for any services that have already been rendered, including consultations—regardless of dissatisfaction with results, appearance, or outcome.

External Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance—including, but not limited to, changes in the U.S. economy, local financial conditions, personal emergencies, vacations, or any unforeseen life events.

Packaged & Discounted Procedures

Packaged procedures and treatments are offered at discounted rates and are considered FINAL SALE upon purchase. There are no refunds for:

  • Partially used packages

  • Completed packages

  • Services where any part of the package has been initiated, including:

    • BMI, weight, body fat, or body composition analysis

    • Before & after photos

    • Nutritional intake and consultation

    • Meal plans, wellness coaching, or activity integration

Body Sculpt 360° at The District does not offer a cooling-off period.

Buyer's remorse does not qualify for a refund.

Weight Loss Products, Vitamins, Teas, and Meal Replacements

All sales of these items are final:

  • Weight Loss Products

  • Vitamins

  • Teas

  • Meal Replacements

These are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable under any circumstance due to their nature.

Before purchasing, please carefully review all product descriptions and FAQs. Unauthorized returns will be declined and returned to sender.

We do not offer warranties, replacements, or repair services.

By completing your purchase, you accept these terms.

Meal plans are delivered via email immediately after purchase.

Changes to Packages

Packaged procedures and treatments cannot be altered. They are sold as-is and priced as discounted bundles.

To make changes, services must be rebooked at full original pricing.

Example:You purchase 10 Lipolaser Combo Treatments for $3995 ($399.50 each, discounted). If you later request only 6 treatments, the price reverts to the full rate of $799 per session—totaling $4794, not the original discounted rate.Body Composition Analysis & Custom Meal Plans

Body composition assessments and meal plans included in packages (e.g., BMI, Weight, Body Fat, Nutrition, etc.) are completed during the initial phase of treatment.

If a refund is requested, Body Sculpt 360° at The District must be compensated for the custom plan work completed.

Custom Meal Plans (including recipes, shopping lists, goals, testing, etc.) are valued at $4,000 per month.

You will owe:

  • $4,000 for each month of your package

  • 2-month package = $8,000

  • 3-month package = $12,000

  • etc.

These plans are tailored exclusively to you and require extensive preparation and research. Full compensation is required.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least three (3) full days (72 hours) in advance of your scheduled treatment.

For all prepaid treatments, series, or packages:

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or

  • Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment ("no-show")

...will result in the forfeiture of that treatment session.No refunds or credits will be issued for missed or late-canceled appointments.Refund Policy Supersedes Other Agreements

All payments referenced herein are non-refundable, regardless of treatment cancellations, service terminations, or any other reason.

This Refund Policy, once signed, supersedes any previous policies you may have read or signed. It serves as the governing agreement for all refund-related matters.

Acknowledgment of Results and Risks

I understand that individual results from treatments and procedures may vary, and Body Sculpt 360° at The District does not guarantee specific outcomes. I acknowledge that some procedures carry inherent risks, and I have been given the opportunity to ask questions before consenting to treatment. Dissatisfaction with results does not entitle me to a refund, credit, or compensation of any kind.

Third-Party Financing Disputes

I understand that if I finance any service, procedure, or package through a third-party provider (e.g., Sezzle, Cherry), I am still bound by this Refund Policy. I agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes through the financing company for services that I signed for, scheduled, or received in whole or in part. Any disputes will be resolved directly with Body Sculpt 360° at The District under this policy.

Medical or Emergency Delays

If I am unable to complete my services or treatments due to illness, surgery, or personal emergency, I understand that my services will be placed on hold for up to 90 days from the date of notice. I will not be issued a refund. After 90 days, unused services may be forfeited unless a written extension is granted by management.

Transferability

Packages, credits, or prepaid services are non-transferable to other individuals, family members, or friends. All purchases are assigned to the client of record at the time of payment and must be used by that client only.

Package Expiration

All prepaid packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise noted. Unused services after this period may expire without refund or credit unless an extension is granted in writing.
