Important Policy Update – Service Upkeep Fee for Lifetime & Multi-Session Clients

Dear Valued Client,

This communication provides an important update regarding prepaid packages and the commitment to maintain the exceptional standards expected from Body Sculpt 360° at The District.

A previous notice regarding operational costs was recently sent out. That communication is being revised to provide clearer details and ensure a transparent and fair transition for all valued clients. Your understanding is appreciated as these necessary adjustments are navigated.

Client trust and loyalty are the foundation of Body Sculpt 360°. The commitment to honoring the services originally invested in remains, subject to the updated terms outlined in the new Client Service Agreement.

Due to rising operational costs—including medical-grade products, equipment maintenance, utilities, staffing, and the overall impact of inflation—it has become increasingly difficult to sustain long-term packages at their original pricing without a contribution towards the cost of service delivery. The goal is to continue providing high-quality results, uphold strict health and safety standards, and deliver the premium experience you deserve.

Introducing the New Client Service Agreement – Effective August 4, 2025

This new agreement outlines updated policies for all services and packages moving forward. For clients with existing prepaid packages (purchased before the Effective Date), specific terms are provided to ensure a fair transition:

1. Service Excellence Contribution (Optional for Existing Packages):
• Clients who wish to continue accessing the highest standards of service, including advanced technology, premium products, and certified providers, have the option of a Service Excellence Contribution of $50 per visit. This contribution helps cover the increased costs associated with maintaining the premium operational environment.
• This contribution applies to appointments related to existing prepaid packages and will become applicable starting August 15, 2025.
• This contribution is optional for existing prepaid packages.
2. 6-Month Redemption Period for Existing Prepaid Packages:
• A final redemption period is now being established for any unused sessions remaining in prepaid package(s) purchased before [Insert Effective Date of Agreement].
• All remaining sessions in existing prepaid package(s) must be scheduled and completed within six (6) months from the Effective Date of the new Client Service Agreement, which is [Insert Specific Date - Calculate 6 months from the Agreement Effective Date, February 4, 2026.
• After February 4, 2026, any unused treatments from packages purchased prior to the Agreement's Effective Date will expire without further value or refund. Clients are strongly encouraged to schedule their remaining treatments promptly.

Express affirmative consent to this new Client Service Agreement is required to continue receiving services.

During your next visit, or by contacting us, the following will occur:

• The revised Client Service Agreement will be provided for review and signature.
• The options regarding the Service Excellence Contribution for existing packages will be clearly explained.
• The 6-month redemption period for any remaining treatments will be discussed.
• Answers to any questions will be provided.
